Building Envelope Investigation

Building envelope investigation is sometimes called “building forensics” because it is similar to CSI (Crime Scene Investigation). The objective of building forensics is to determine the culprit that causes the failure of the building envelope. We can identify what elements cause the failure and then devise practical remediation measures to address (repair) the problem.
