Case Study 2: Devonshire on the Park
The following is a brief overview of a past building envelope investigation and remediation done by Lee & de Ridder Architects. The client had reported that the complex had potential water intrusion problems. Upon launching a full investigation, Lee & de Ridder architects were able to identify the impact on the integrity of the building envelope and address the problems that were discovered.
